Delivery cost £5 a week (£20p/m), you will be contacted by a member of staff to arrange a delivery time slot.

Yes, you can freeze your PHN prepped meals however we recommend you eat your meals fresh. If you choose to freeze your meal we suggest a maximum of 3 months.

If you would like to cancel your subscription you can  contact us or go to your profile and select the subscription you would like to cancel.
